Changing the Time on Your Zultys Phone System

Zultys MX30 and MX250 Systems

Changing the system time on the Zultys platform requires the MX Admin System Administration tool. If you do not have the MX Admin tool, please contact TriTel Networks at 801-265-9292 to have one of our technicians adjust the time on your system.

MX Admin Instructions:

  1. Log into the system using your username and password that was provided. This is often times the same as your MXIE credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Provision menu and select "System Clock"
  3. In this window the current system date and time is displayed. If you are syncing the phone system time with a web-based time server, the options to manually set the time will be unavailable. If this is the case on your system, the time should update automatically as needed.
  4. If you are manually setting the time, you can click on the "Change" button that is to the right of the "Local Time"
  5. Enter the desired time and date into the box that appears.
  6. Click "Ok" to close the editor.
  7. Click "Apply" to save the settings.

MX Admin instructions to set the time to sync with a web-based NTP server:

  1. Log into the system using your username and password that was provided. This is often times the same as your MXIE credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Provision menu and select "System Clock"
  3. In the NTP Servers area, Click the button "Add", and enter the IP address or the DNS name of the NTP server you would like to use.
  4. Click "Ok" to save this entry.
  5. Click on "Apply" to make the change to the system. ***NOTE*** Changing the NTP servers REQUIRES a reboot of the system. If you are sure this is what you want to do, press "OK" to reboot the system and apply the changes.
