Changing the Time on Your Macrotel Phone System

Macrotel Excel 308 or 816 Systems/Macrotel MT-16 Systems with release 0, 1 or 2

Instructions:

  1. With the handset on hook, press "#20"
  2. Press "12341#"
  3. Press #55
  4. Enter the date in the format YYMMDD
  5. Enter the day of the week where 1=Monday, 2=Tuesday, 3=Wednesday, 4=Thursday, 5=Friday, 6=Saturday and 7=Sunday
  6. Enter the time in 24 hour clock format as HHMM (5:37 PM would be 1737)
  7. Press "#" to save the settings

Macrotel MT-16 Systems with release 3 or 4

Instructions:

  1. With the handset on hook, press "#04"
  2. Press "43211#"
  3. Press #55
  4. Enter the date in the format YYMMDD
  5. Enter the day of the week where 1=Monday, 2=Tuesday, 3=Wednesday, 4=Thursday, 5=Friday, 6=Saturday and 7=Sunday
  6. Enter the time in 24 hour clock format as HHMM (5:37 PM would be 1737)
  7. Press "#" to save the settings
