Changing the Time on Your Alcatel-Lucent Phone System

Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise

Changing the system time on the OmniPCX Enterprise system requires either the 4760 System Administration tool, or telnet access to the system. If you do not have access to the system via either one of these methods, please contact TriTel Networks at 801-265-9292 to have one of our technicians adjust the time on your system.


Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Office

The time on the OmniPCX Office system can be changed from any of the model 4068, 4038, or 4039 phones on the system, these are the desk phones with the large display and 5 white buttons on either side of the display.

Instructions:

  1. Navigate to the "Menu" tab on the screen
  2. Select "Operator" from the bottom right
  3. Enter the Operator Password and press the "OK" button
  4. Select "Clock" from the top left
  5. Edit the date and time as needed. The format of the date is in Day/Month/Year format, and the time should be entered in 24-hour mode (5:37PM is 17:37)
  6. Press "OK" to save the changes
  7. Press the "End" key to exit the menu system
