Time Change Instructions ESI Phone System

Changing the Time on Your ESI Phone System

ESI IVX 20 / IVX 128 Systems / ESI ComServers

This same procedure will also work on IVX20 and IVX 128 and ESI ComServers

Instructions:

  1. With the handset hung up, press the "PROG/HELP" button
  2. Press "PARK"
  3. Enter the administration password for your system. If you do not know the password, please contact TriTel Networks at 801-265-9292 for assistance.
  4. Press the digit "1" followed by the digit "4"
  5. Dial in the new time in 12 hour format (example: 1233 for 12:33 or 305 for 3:05)
  6. Use the arrow keys to select either AM or PM
  7. Enter the new date in the format MMDDYYYY (04072017 for April 7, 2017.) All eight digits must be entered.
  8. Press # to save the settings.

ESI IVX S Series and IVX E Series

This same procedure will work on IVX S Series and IVX E Series Systems

Instructions:

  1. With the handset hung up, press the "PROG" button
  2. Press "HOLD"
  3. Enter the administration password for your system. If you do not know the password, please contact TriTel Networks at 801-265-9292 for assistance.
  4. Press the digit "1" followed by the digit "4"
  5. Dial in the new time in 12 hour format (example: 1233 for 12:33 or 305 for 3:05)
  6. Use the arrow keys to select either AM or PM
  7. Enter the new date in the format MMDDYYYY (04072017 for April 7, 2017.) All eight digits must be entered.
  8. Press # to save the settings.
