Job Responsibilities:
- Provide trouble resolution for customers with; Hosted / Premise VoIP, Network Firewalls / L2-L3 Switches, Managed WiFi and Desktop Support services
- Provision new orders for Hosted / Premise VoIP, Network Firewalls, Managed WiFi and Desktop Support services
- Install, connect, and troubleshoot hardware on customer premises
- Run and terminate low voltage wiring such as Cat6, Cat5e, Coax and Fiber
- Work directly with end users for training and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Able to work with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
- Understanding of basic networking, including wiring
- Basic phone system knowledge
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional demeanor, both in person and through various communication channels
- Ability to work 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and participate in an on-call rotation
- Physically able to stand, walk and use ladders
- Positive and Great attitude
- An eager willingness and ability to learn and adapt is essential and preferred over specific skills
